Living Color is my vivid expression captured in a 10x12 framed acrylic painting. It centers on a rooster, poised in dynamic brilliance, its plumage radiating with hues of red, yellow, purple, and blue. Set against an iridescent green backdrop, the rooster stands out, its lively presence emphasized by bold and striking brushstrokes. The simple black frame focuses attention on the vibrant energy depicted.

The inspiration for this piece came from the breathtaking beauty and diverse colors of a rooster's feathers. They possess an inherent energy that is captivating. The creation of Living Color was unique, marked by a long journey—initiated eleven years ago and concluded in 2025.
With Living Color, I wanted to convey the spirited essence of a quintessential rural icon, translated through a playful yet powerful palette. It's an outcome of patience and passion, revealing the rooster's character in its full glory.
